Kesar Badam Kulfi
Ingredients: (1 Serving)
100ml milk
2 soaked almonds
2 soaked dates
¼ tsp saffron strands
Method:
1. Soak almonds and dates for 2 hours in warm water.
2. In a blending jar, add soaked dates and almonds along with the soaking water. Blend to make a liquid paste.
3. Boil milk in a pan, add a few saffron strands, then add the dates and almonds paste. Mix well.
4. Boil the mixture until it is condensed and becomes half of its initial quantity.
5. Turn off the flame and allow the mixture to cool.
6. Grease kulfi molds with very little oil and transfer the cooked milk mixture.
7. Refrigerate the kulfi for 4-5 hours, then de-mold it and enjoy sugar-free kulfi.
