  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ½ tsp garam masala powder
  • ½ tsp soya sauce
  • ½ tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Method:

For Bun:

  1. Warm the milk and transfer it to a bowl. Add sugar and dry yeast, mixing well until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add wheat flour, a pinch of salt, a pinch of baking powder, and mix all the ingredients to form a very soft dough. Allow it to rest in a warm place.

For Stuffing:

  2. Then add minced chicken (kheema) and sauté well.
  3. Add red chilli flakes, oregano, thyme, garam masala, salt, and sauté everything well. Turn off the flame.
  4. Add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, and turn on the flame. Sauté everything well.
  5. Allow the cooked kheema to cool down.

Assembling:

  1. Take out the prepared dough and roll it into a long shape, then place the cooked kheema in the center.
  2. Cut diagonal lines on both sides of the flattened dough.
  3. Take each diagonal cutout and enclose the kheema stuffing by overlapping the sides.
