Long String Beans Stir Fry

Method
- 300 - 350 gms of long /string beans
- 11/2 tbsp of oil
- 1 tbsp of chopped ginger
- 1- 2 tbsp of chopped garlic
- 1 big onion cut into half then cut into thick slices
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp light soya sauce
- 2 tsp rice wine
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Wash and cut the string beans to 2 " pieces ,discard the edges from both ends and keep aside
- Take a kadhai add oil ,when it becomes warm add the chopped ginger and stir fry for a minute use or so
- Now add the string beans and stir fry for few minutes
- Then add the chopped garlic and stir fry for few minutes
- Cover and cook just for few minutes as the crunchiness should remain, do stir in between
- Remove cover then add the thickly sliced onion ,cook on medium heat
- Then add the brown sugar and stir fry for few seconds
- Now add the oyster sauce and the light soya sauce
- Cook for few minutes
- Then add the rice wine and mix it in throughly
- Next add the red chilli flakes and mix it in
- Lastly add the sesame oil and a pinch of salt ,keeping in mind that the sauces have salt. Stir fry for 30-40 seconds and done .
