Mango Lassi

Ingredients
- 20g pulpy mango
- 5g sugar
- 30ml curd
- 1 cardamom
Method
- To a large bowl, add fresh mango pulp and blended in a blender to make it smooth.
- o the same bowl, now add yogurt. use plain whole milk yogurt or any other.
- Now add cold water. Add this to thin out the lassi a bit. Also add the sugar and the cardamom powder.
- Blend everything until well combined.
- Pour the mango lassi into serving glasses and chill before serving. Garnish with pistachios, saffron strands before serving.
