Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg chicken
- 2 bunch methi leaves
- 2 medium size onions chopped
- 1 medium size tomato chopped
- Few green chillies chopped
- 1 12 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2-3 bay leaves
- 1 tsp jeera
- 1 tsp freshly pounded dhaniya
- Salt
- Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp powder jeera
- 1/2 cup curd
- 3 tbsp oil
- Put oil in kadhai
- When warm
- Put bay leaf
- After few seconds put whole jeera
- After few seconds
- Add onions
- Saute till translucent
- Add pounded dhaniya powder
- Saute for few seconds
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Saute till raw smell goes
- Add chopped green chillies
- Saute for few minutes
- Add tomatoes
- Saute till tomato softens
- Mix all the dry masala to the curd (salt, turmeric, red chilli powder & jeera powder)
- Mix nicely
- Add to masala
- Saute nicely till oil leaves sides
- Add chicken
- Saute
- After 5-7 minutes add chopped methi leaves
- Stir for few minutes
- Cover and cook
- Till chicken is cooked
- Dry excess water (on low flame )
- Done .
