Strip Veg Omlette
Ingredients
2-3 eggs
2 tbsp of oil
1 tsp of chopped garlic
1 medium size onions chopped in big pieces
1 cup carrots cut in thin sticks
1 cup thinly sliced bell peppers
1/2 cup spring onions cut into 1-2” pieces
Few chopped green chillies
1 tbsp of chopped garlic leeks(chives)
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Method
1.Put 1 tbsp oil in a pan
2. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper
3.Pour on the pan make a big omelette (can make 3/3 small omelettes also)
4.when Cooke remove to a plate
5.Roll the omelette and cut thin strips and keep aside
6. In the same pan put the remaining oil , let the oil warm a little
7.Add the chopped garlic
8. Stir fry for 1/2 a minute
9. Add the chopped onions
and stir fry for few seconds
10. Add the sliced carrots and stir fry for half a minute
11.Add the sliced bell peppers and stir fry for few minutes
12.Add the chopped garlic leeks and stir fry for few seconds
13.Add the salt and pepper and stir fry for few seconds
14.Add the chopped green chillies and stir fry for few seconds
15.Add the soya sauce and tomato sauce and stir fry for few seconds
16.Add the omelette strips and mix it well with the vegetables
17.Add the chopped spring onions stir fry for few seconds .
