Rajma Kofta
Ingredients: (1 Serving)
For Kofta (Balls):
- 30g Rajma (soaked and boiled)
- 1 tsp Besan (gram flour)
- 1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/8 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 tsp Chopped Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Oil
For Gravy:
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1/4 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 50g Tomato (paste)
- 1 tbsp Onion Paste
- 50ml Curd
- 1 piece Cinnamon
- 2-3 Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/8 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/8 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/8 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt, as per taste
- Coriander Leaves, for garnishing
- 1/2 tsp Oil

Method:
For Kofta (Balls):
1. Soak the rajma overnight and pressure cook with salt until the rajma is cooked and softened.
2. Blend the boiled rajma and transfer it to the bowl and add all the above-mentioned ingredients except for the oil.
3. Mix it well and make small round koftas.
4. Just slightly roast them on the tawa in a minimal amount of oil. Keep them aside.
For Gravy:
1. Heat the pan, add oil, jeera, cinnamon, black pepper, onion, and tomato. Let it cook for some time.
2. Add ginger garlic paste, all the spices, and tomato puree. Cook it well.
3. Add curd and salt. You can add water if needed.
4. Add the koftas and cook them on medium heat.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
