Rajma Taco With Cabbage And Capsicum
Ingredients
- 10g cabbage
- 10g capsicum
- 10g tomato
- 10g onion
- 5g green chillies
- 5g coriander leaves
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes
- ¼ tsp black pepper powder
- salt
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- green chutney
- 5ml curd
- 15g wheat flour
- 10g corn flour
- 1 tsp oil
- water
- ½ tsp
- ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 20g rajma
Method
- In a bowl add onion, tomato, cabbage, capsicum, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice mix well and prepare a salad.
- To prepare a chutney add curd and green chutney in a bowl and mix well.
- In another bowl add wheat flour, corn flour, salt, little oil and mix it well.
- Then add water and make a dough and leave for 20 minutes.
- For stuffing in a pan add oil, onion add saute it, add tomato, green chilli, ginger garlic paste saute well till tomato becomes soft.
- Later add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt , boiled and smashed rajma, lemon juice and coriander leaves mix well.
- After 20 minutes knead the dough and take a small a ball and make a roti and cut into 3 small circle roti and prick with forks.
- In a pan add oil and prepare tacos.
- Then for stuffing, add rajma stuff, chutney, salad.
