Raw Banana & Paneer Salad

Think of this as a one pot meal. It has carbs, proteins and fats and it’s delicious. This serves 2 people if this is your own food at your meal. Else serves upto 4.
INGREDIENTS
2 large raw bananas
1 tsp whole cumin
1 – 2 green chilli, chopped fine (optional)
Powdered Black Salt to taste
½ cup Coriander leaves, finely chopped
250 gms paneer, grated
1 tbsp of roasted and crushed peanuts, per person
METHOD
Try my raw banana and paneer tikki that has these and a few more ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
2 large raw bananas
1 tsp whole cumin
1 – 2 green chilli, chopped fine (optional)
Powdered Black Salt to taste
½ cup Coriander leaves, finely chopped
250 gms paneer, grated
1 tbsp of roasted and crushed peanuts, per person
METHOD
- Cut the raw banana in half and cover with water and boil till cooked
- Remove the bananas and once cooled, remove and discard the skin
- Grate the bananas with a big grater setting
- Grate the paneer with the same thickness
- Gently toss all the ingredients together, ensuring you don’t mash the paneer or banana
- Top with the crushed and roasted peanuts and serve
