Roasted Strawberries Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients
- 100gm strawberries
- 120 gm low fat yogurt
- 1 tsp powdered fennel
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- salt
Method
- In a baking pan, add strawberries, vinegar, powdered fennel powder and salt.
- Let it bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
- Allow it to cool completely and blend it into a puree.
- In a bowl, add strained yogurt and roasted strawberries puree along with honey and whisk.
- At this stage, you can pour it in a container and let it rest in the refrigerator to set for a few hours or churn it in your ice cream container.
