Roasted Strawberries Frozen Yogurt


  • 100gm strawberries
  • 120 gm low fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp powdered fennel
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • salt


  1. In a baking pan, add strawberries, vinegar, powdered fennel powder and salt.
  2. Let it bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
  3. Allow it to cool completely and blend it into a puree.
  4. In a bowl, add strained yogurt and roasted strawberries puree along with honey and whisk.
  5. At this stage, you can pour it in a container and let it rest in the refrigerator to set for a few hours or churn it in your ice cream container.
