Thai Paneer Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 25 gms rice
- 50 gms paneer
- 50 gms green bell peppers
- 50 gms cabbage
- 50 gms onion
- 1 tsp homemade thai red curry paste
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1 red chili
- White pepper powder
- ½ tsp cooking oil
- salt
Method
- Apply oil in a pan and stir fry paneer for 2-3 minutes. Now turn off the flame.
- Finely chop bell peppers, cabbage and onion into thin slices.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Add red curry paste and crushed red chillies. Stir fry for a minute
- Now add sliced vegetables in it, stir fry over medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, white pepper and salt and cook for a minute.
- Now add steamed rice and mix gently until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Turn off heat and serve it in a bowl.
