Thai Paneer Fried Rice


  • 25 gms rice
  • 50 gms paneer
  • 50 gms green bell peppers
  • 50 gms cabbage
  • 50 gms onion
  • 1 tsp homemade thai red curry paste
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 red chili
  • White pepper powder
  • ½ tsp cooking oil
  • salt


  1. Apply oil in a pan and stir fry paneer for 2-3 minutes. Now turn off the flame.
  2. Finely chop bell peppers, cabbage and onion into thin slices.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  4. Add red curry paste and crushed red chillies. Stir fry for a minute
  5. Now add sliced vegetables in it, stir fry over medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce, white pepper and salt and cook for a minute.
  7. Now add steamed rice and mix gently until all ingredients are well mixed.
  8. Turn off heat and serve it in a bowl.
