Tomato Garlic Chilli Sauce


  • 1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped (seeds removed)
  • 1/4 cup garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
  • 4-6 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt, to taste


  1. Begin by halving the tomatoes and removing all seeds before finely chopping them.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, garlic, green chilies, tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt.
